I took a walk-through today…

The guest house is beautiful. It sits on the banks of Swan Creek on a beautiful farm, and is extremely peaceful and picturesque. The lodging is decorated in an eclectic country style with scads of individual props and decorations, on which to feast your eyes. The house is large and roomy and extremely well outfitted, even to the inclusion of a screened in porch, barbecue area, laundry facilities and hot tub. Although I have not personally stayed here, I am very impressed with this lodging and will recommend it to my friends who come to visit the Branson area. BTW, The proprietors, Hope and Eric are a delight!

Exactly what we needed

We can with two eleven year old boys and my wife. No television and no wifi is exactly what the boys needed. They weren’t even thinking about electronics while they were helping milk cows and feed baby calves. Paddle boating, walking the creek and nights in the hot tub listening the birds will help even the busiest of people forget about the stresses of life. It was a true blessing spending the weekend at 12 Stones. Hope and Eric have a created a ministry all their own and allow others to share in the beauty that God created on this little farm. We are already planning a return trip at the request of the two boys that didn’t know life existed outside of electronics!!

Little slice of heaven

We stayed in the Maydell cabin, In a word this place is AWESOME! A little slice of heaven. We loved it and we will be back. The best vacation we have had in a long time.

Just book it!

Simply out- heaven on Earth! Sitting outside, listening to the beautiful sounds of Swan Creek to bird watching out the picture window to relaxing in the spa to walking down the old Stagecoach Road- you cannot find a better place to be! The cabin is so comfortable and cozy and so well stocked! Hope and Eric are the most genuine and caring people you’ll ever meet. Every detail is so well thought out. They truly want their guests to enjoy! Thank you, Hope and Eric, for sharing your little slice of Heaven!

Nice Escape

My husband and I visited 12 Stones last fall (2020) for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The proximity to Branson, allows you to enjoy the city, but escape to the country. Hope and Eric have created such a nice escape, and Eric was even working on the finishing touches to their newest (small cabin) addition while we were there. The cabin was just what we needed, with no distractions; just the ability to focus on our time together and God’s country. We were able to take strolls around their property, fish in the creek, and hangout with the dairy cows, turkeys and chickens. The fresh milk and eggs every morning was such a nice treat, and we even bought some goodies from the Mercantile store to take home. We can’t wait until we can return.

Great escape from everyday life

The sights & sounds of Branson were okay. The sights & sounds of 12 Stones Farm were fantastic! Our experience as a family of five (three daughters – ages 12, 14 and 17) was that this has been the most relaxing family vacation we’ve had to date. The cabin felt like home and had everything we needed. There were lots of games and we even got our 17-year old to play a few with us! There were also all the fixing’ to make s’mores over the campfire! Swan Creek was breathtaking – we spent several hours in it. Hope & Eric welcomed us like we were family they hadn’t seen in a while. We loved helping with the animals and it was a privilege to get to work alongside Hope & Eric. They are, no doubt, salt-of-the-earth, God-fearing individuals. We are so grateful they have chosen to share their property and kindness with us! I’m a 40-year old married mother of three and I cried when we left the farm. Guess I wasn’t quite ready to get back to the grind of everyday life. Don't pass on this amazing opportunity!!

This place is a gem. Hope and Eric do everything right in making their guests feel extremely comfortable and welcome in their beautiful slice of heaven. This was by far the best family vacation we’ve ever taken. The activities are endless! There are card games, board games, yard games, books, and magazines galore. The creek provides fishing, swimming and minnow catching! We never missed a chance to help milk the cows, gather eggs, feed the cats and play with Cracker Jack the fantastic dog. The cabin is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. I can’t say enough about how phenomenal this place is! Book it!

Absolutely Breath Taking

This is a one-in-a-million place, with one-in-a-million host. Eric and Hope are the nicest and most humble people out there. Upon arrival they had left a sincere special touch for us. When you come here you aren’t just getting away from the world, but you are creating a bond with the cabin, the land, the animals and most importantly Eric and Hope. This is a spectacular place with spectacular people with a spectacular cause. We will be going back there. If you are even considering this place, book it now. You wont regret it. They have a little mercantile with their own products and some neighbors. This is truly a place adventure, fun and wonder.

Perfect Getaway for Romantic Weekend or the Entire Family

We just spent an entire week at 12 Stones Farm and couldn’t ask for a better experience! Our family needed a getaway and global pandemic or not, this place has it all. From the incredible hosts to amazing property and more than comfortable accommodations, we had the best time. From fishing to kayaking, floating down the creek, helping around the farm, we never ran out of things to do. Exploring Branson was just a short drive away. Whether you are looking for a couples getaway, a vacation with the kids, or even a girls weekend, Hope and Eric have created the perfect place at 12 Stones Farm. We can’t wait to go back!
